Return and Refund Policy

Returns: You must notify us via email or phone that you will be returning an item within 7 days of receiving the item. We will refund your your money less 15% restocking fees and less shipping and handling. All returns must be in the same condition that they left our warehouse. Retain all boxes, packaging, and documents so that the item can be re-packed and safely returned back to us in original new condition. Any damages will be deducted from the return amount.

Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed it can be cancelled by calling our customer service. If you cancel before your item was shipped, you will receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it then becomes a return and you will be charged for restocking fees and all shipping charges.

Shipping Damages: We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping (unless we delivered the merchandise with our truck). Check all deliveries upon arrival to be sure that they arrived in working order. Once the shipment has been accepted, all responsibility falls upon the purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to refuse any damaged items and place a claim with the shipping company for the amount of purchase. Although we will assist you with you claim, our responsibility ceases when shipment is given to the carrier.
